Team-based learning
The cornerstone of our team-based learning is ATA’s PlusOne Program that includes, but not limited to, peer mentorship, collaborative problem solving, internal research and development (IR&D), retrospectives, mob-programming and outside guest speakers. Additional team-based learning objectives are achieved through our “team mentor” and other investments in consultants and subject matter experts.

Academic learning
Academic learning includes employee membership and participation in relevant professional associations and company-sponsored participation in degree and non-degree seeking programs at local universities and other learning institutions.

Community-based learning
Building an internal sense of community is an important first step. The next logical step is creating that sense within the broader community. We are perpetually connecting with the broader community through sponsorship of key events, attending and hosting events.
