Mary “Ticia” Berg is an accomplished executive, leader, and engineer with over 25 years of experience and is a co-founder of ATA. She has led strategic and tactical programs in commercial and federal markets, with a portfolio of classified, multi-million dollar projects, most notably with DARPA, Lockheed Martin, and KPMG. As the CFO, Ticia directs and implements the company’s fiscal functions in accordance with GAAP and other legal and regulatory requirements. Ticia also includes human resources and security in her portfolio of responsibilities. She enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and three children, including sailing, skiing, hockey, lacrosse, running, and biking.

Kevin is a retired Special Forces Officer with over 20 years of industry experience identifying and winning new business. As Vice President, he is focused on strategically growing ATA by identifying customers and partners to increase the company’s portfolio of systems development, data engineering and analytics projects within the Civil, Security, and Defense markets.  He leads the execution of the company’s comprehensive business development and growth strategy and cultivates and maintains relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners to solidify ATA’s position as a trusted and preferred provider of data solutions and services.
