Craig A. Parisot
President & CEO
Craig is an accomplished leader, entrepreneur and operational executive. Over a 25 year career as a military officer and private sector executive, Craig has built a reputation as an innovator and results focused strategic thought leader doing business collaboratively and ethically. As the CEO, he leads corporate governance, strategy and business development. Craig is passionate about family, fitness, art, bourbon, comedy, community, economics, and national security.

Mary L. “Ticia” Berg
CFO & FSO
Mary “Ticia” Berg is an accomplished executive, leader, and engineer with over 25 years of experience and is a co-founder of ATA. She has led strategic and tactical programs in commercial and federal markets, with a portfolio of classified, multi-million dollar projects, most notably with DARPA, Lockheed Martin, and KPMG. As the CFO, Ticia directs and implements the company’s fiscal functions in accordance with GAAP and other legal and regulatory requirements. Ticia also includes human resources and security in her portfolio of responsibilities. She enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and three children, including sailing, skiing, hockey, lacrosse, running, and biking.

Jonathan Seale, PhD
Vice President, Solutions Delivery
Dr. Jonathan Seale is Vice President of Solution Delivery, leading the implementation of advanced data and AI solutions for mission-focused customers. He brings deep expertise from a more than 15-year career in applied data science and innovative cloud technologies. Outside of work, Jonathan is a husband, father of three, and PhD astronomer who brings a scientist’s curiosity and focus to ATA’s partners.

Van Duong
Vice President, Technology
Van Duong is a practiced solutions architect, technical leader, and principal engineer. He brings over 20 years of experience working with clients in the commercial, state, and federal space to deliver cloud-based data driven solutions to high impact environments. As Vice President of Technology, Van chairs the ATA Technology Control Board strategically aligning technology with ATA’s business goals, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is an avid Washington Commanders fan.

Michael Garvis
Vice President, Customer Success
Michael Garvis is a senior technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading enterprise-scale IT programs that advance national security, mission readiness, and digital transformation across the Department of Defense (DoD), federal civilian agencies, and intelligence communities. With deep expertise in DevOps, software engineering, and hybrid cloud modernization, Michael has consistently delivered solutions that modernize legacy systems, improve operational efficiency, and align technical delivery with mission-critical objectives. His broad portfolio of program leadership includes support for Air Force, NASA, FAA, DHS, CISA, FBI and NARA among other commercial customers. In his role as Vice President of Customer Success, Michael leads a high-performing, cross-functional team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer outcomes across onboarding, adoption, support, and retention fostering a culture of accountability and proactivity.
